It seems like I'm in for a long wait:

My computer is playing up, especially the internet so I can't post any pictures but I had a great time on my 4 shaft weaving course last week. Hopefully one day (soon) I'll have some pictures to share.....

The good news there are great changes going on with Ravelry and in the next few weeks they reckon they will be inviting about 5,000 a week ,so see you soon I hope:) Look me up I am under Eluned (my middle name )

I waited about two months before I got on Ravelry, but that was earlier on after word first got out. It's a fun tool. Probably the best thing you can do now is to just forget about it until you get the invite, or you'll just go mad. You'll get your invite eventually!

Not rubbing it in (honest !) but I just got in this week !! Tho' actually, I'm slightly daunted. So far I've really only looked at other people's stuff as it is going to take a bit of organisation and time to get mine uploaded. Definitely not a 5 min job.

I got my invite the other week and didn't even remember signing up for it. Word of advice make sure you enable cookies for the site before signing in or it'll just bounce you right out again!!! (Ask how I know)
I'm sure you'll be in before long. Heather's right though, it is a bit daunting. I have no idea how I'm going to get round to putting stuff on it. (Week off work spent on the computer perhaps). Not entirely sure how useful it'll be either but we'll see!
